How do we work on the project? What do I need to start?
It is all elementary!

  1. You leave a request below.
  2. We meet up, discuss the task, your company's peculiarities and values, and talk over the details of the upcoming onboarding. We also give you a list of the information we are going to need to make up a script.
  3. We craft all the materials into a final product, i. e. add information about your business to the script, embed extra tools, if necessary, and design cards and images.
  4. After that, we test the chatbot and integrate it.
  5. Here you go! Our specialists immerse into their work, your HR team save their time, focusing on important tasks, and the chatbot just does its job. The only thing it needs is maintenance and we will be there for you to help.
How long can the chatbot work?
The chatbot can work as long as it is necessary, provided that it is upkept and maintained. We'll take care of it, too. We can always put the chatbot on hold and put it back into service later.
Is user support included in the price?
Yes, every license includes our user support.
How do authentication and integration work?
We offer a few user authentication options. We generate a specific identifier to verify the identity of a user:

  • a login and password (they are unique for every new employee);
  • an individual link / deeplink (it contains information on each particular staff member, i. e. their department, buddy, manager and HR. When a user starts the chatbot, there is no need for them to provide any personal data. We can configure the link so that it can only be used once.)
Integration with internal systems is implemented via Open API. Instant messengers: Telegram, Slack, Facebook Messenger, MS Teams.
What about information security?
All content sent by the chatbot is protected from copying, downloading and forwarding. We guarantee the security of any personal data. We comply with Federal Law No. 152 FZ "On Personal Data" and use end-to-end encryption and two-factor authentication.
What do short courses consist of?
  1. 5 lessons (10-15 minutes each)
  2. In each lesson students will be offered:
  • study materials (PDF files);
  • 3 questions on what they have learnt;
  • a multimedia task with an open-ended question;
  • a card with the lesson summary;
  • a practice-oriented homework assignment (the chatbot provides automatic feedback at the beginning of the next lesson);
  • pulse surveys after each lesson and a detailed quiz at the end of the course.
